A senior, successful and well known online company is looking for a Customer relations representative.
The position includes chat support for on-line users, guiding and supporting online users through the compliance process.

Job Requirements:

• Turkish – Mother tongue level
• English – High level
• Compliance/customer support experience with an online firm – Advantage
• Knowledgeable and familiar with basic internet environments, as well as Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in shifts
