We're looking for an experienced and talented VIP Team Leader to join the amazing VIP team. Job Located in Herzliya.

As a VIP team leader, we are looking for someone to orient the VIP team and focus on improving the job performance and sales of existing staff. A team leader will need to delegate tasks to sales staff. They know how to assign tasks to the team members with the best skills for the job and guide staff members to ensure the work is done well.

Responsibilities
• Manage on a daily basis close relationship with our VIP agents
• Reports on monthly output of the team
• Keep track and monitor on the VIP agents activity on a daily basis
• Work with all aspects of the game and studio: fully understand economy, product, monetization, features, machines, VIPs etc
• Build and deliver ongoing rules and procedures within the VIP team
• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive players activity growth

Job Requirements:

Requirements
• Mother tongue in English - must, French or Spanish mother tongue- A must
• Previous experience as a VIP team leader or similar in Online Casino Industry- A must
• Strong communication skills; ability to connect with VIP agents, build a relationship with team
• Customer Focused
• Able to initiate new working procedures
• Target / KPI’s Driven, to reach companies goals
• Positive attitude and are excited to learn more
• Deep understanding / interest in Online Gaming Industry
• Leadership and organizational skills
