Job Description

● Work together with the management to lead the company technology side

● leading all aspects of the company ’s technology development and the key individual responsible for pursuing and delivering the Product agenda.

● The CTO is the company’s top technology executive, playing an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth.
● Establish and manage multi-location development operations.

● Work closely with product, BI and other key stakeholders

● Define the technical roadmap and synchronize with business unit

● Ability to review the code and limited amount of hands-on will be required

● Scale up the architecture as the business grows

Job Requirements:

● Great motivation and passionate in video gaming industry, video gamer is a nice to have
● Skills in business analysis, business process design, project management, and gaming strategy.
● Fluent in English (working with international team)
● At least 5 year experience with mobile apps/ gaming/ B2C products- must have
● Management of offshore development teams- nice to have
● Startup experience- nice to have
● Management experience - must have
