What You Will Be Doing:

Looking for a Call Centre Supervisor for 5 star luxury hotel in Jerusalem,

Responsibilities:
- Supervising call center team.
- Running daily brief with team to review changes/updates.
- Reviewing all reservations made and amended by call centre team including website, OTA, voucher reservations
- Ensuring proper handling of hotel room reservation requests by call centre staff .
- Handling 'complicated' quotations, and forwarding to Reservations manager when necessary.
- Monitoring call centre calls and emails and preparing relevant reports
- Preparing weekly team schedule.
- Training new staff.
- Answering calls and taking care of reservations when needed.

Job Requirements:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in sales.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and Optima .
- English - good level of spoken and written.
- Hebrew good level of spoken and written.
- Other languages - Advantage!
- Experience in a similar position Advantage!.
- Availability to work full time.
