A gaming technology startup that built a loyalty program platform for gamers. Team consists of tech, marketing and gamers looking to build the next generation platform for gamers.

Job Description

● Work together with the management to define the product requirements

● Understand and articulate the gamer’s needs, build associated business cases, prioritize and define product requirements, and synthesize data from various sources to inform product decisions

● Communicate gaming product plans, benefits and results to all audiences — internal teams and external partners

● Build detailed PRDs, create UI and work with UX team

● Coordinate, guide and monitor the development team

● Work closely with business intelligence team to review and analyze product performance

● Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams

● Salary is 20K NIS

Job Requirements:

● Great motivation and passionate in video gaming industry, video gamer is a must have

● Fluent in English (working with international team)

● 2 year experience with mobile apps, gaming apps, focus at B2C

● Design skills- nice to have

● Bachelor's degree- nice to have

● Familiarity with experience conception and other creative ways to gather direct feedback early in the product development process

● Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up product decisions

● The ability to manage chaos, ambiguity and complexity, in a detailed, organized way

● Solid knowledge of best practices and trends among gaming industry
