What You Will Be Doing:

About the role

This is a great opportunity to enter to the world of AI, natural language understanding, and voice conversational interfaces.

You'll be working with our engineering team and our product team to create conversational artificial intelligence for the benefit of training people

You'll work with customers to understand how the AI is working for them and help teach our system to work even better. You'll review transcripts and find places where the conversation AI is doing great and places where it could use some help, and identify what information is missing to make it even better.

Job Requirements:

Requirements
Must have:
• psychometric evals over 700 or BA or MA
• English native speaker
• A strong technical acumen and good structured thinking.

Big plus:
• Experience working with NLU/NLP systems
• Coding experience / QA experience / information design
• Instructional design Experience
• Professional English writing experience
