What You Will Be Doing:

Become is a financial technology company providing small-to-medium businesses with a smart way to get funded by helping businesses improve their funding odds, unlock better funding opportunities, and access their optimal funding solution.

We are looking for sharp sales people with a finance background who are native English speakers to join our talented Sales team!

Working hours: USA hours: Working days are Monday- Friday. Shifts: (15:00pm - 01:30am X 2 shift's) + (17:00pm - 03:30am X 2 shift's )

Responsibilities:

Educate prospective clients on Become’s offering and understand the financial needs of their business.

Learn, understand & sell various financial products.

Be the primary focal point of the customer and build a long-term relationship with business owners via phone and/or email.

Place specific deals with the appropriate lender.

Assist lenders in setting up a new deal.

Manage the relationship between SMB's & Lenders.

Increase sales - guide potential clients into securing the most suitable funding for their business needs.

Strong understanding of small businesses and aspects of funding.

Job Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a sales role - Must!

Record of closing leads, exceeding sales quota goals and managing sales pipeline - Must!

Native English/ experience working with English speaking clients - Must!

Availability to work during USA hours

Financial background- advantage
