What You Will Be Doing:
A Tel Aviv based startup company within the medical industry, is looking for a customer support agent to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Evening/night shifts (services will be provided to American doctors and patients)
Identifying customer’s needs, simplifying information, researching issues and providing solutions
- Troubleshooting technical problems and escalating to the relevant team.
- Helping in shaping a great customer service experience
Job Requirements:
- Mother-tongue level English – a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Previous customer service or call center experience
(preferably in healthcare and medical call centers)
-familiarity with American customer service culture
Note that the position is intended for people that are comfortable working late night hours.
