A global company in supply chain management and technology is seeking a Call Center Manager.
Position includes:
Managing a team of 15 Lead Generator Representatives directed at US market.
Recruitment, training and management of employees.
Responsibility for fulfilling operations/ quality goals.
Corresponding with clients.
Responsibility for general customer success operations.
Full time position.

Job Requirements:

Experience in managing telephone sales teams of 15+ employees mandatory.
English mother tongue /mother tongue level mandatory.
Ability to motivate employees.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Systematic approach.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Familiarity with management systems for call centers an advantage.
Experience working in a global company an advantage.
Academic degree.
Knowledge and full command of OFFICE software mandatory.
