What You Will Be Doing:

Coinmama is seeking a Customer Analyst for an exciting position at a fast-growing Fintech start-up.

As a Customer Analyst, you will be part of our compliance team and responsible for monitoring customers. After internal training, you will work independently and collaboratively with all support staff to achieve an efficient and effective AML support group that fully meets the needs of all company requirements.



- High AML/KYC understanding (after in-house training).
- Customer risk assessment.
- Customer correspondence.
- Assist in guiding content creation for the company's products and customer guidelines.
