What You Will Be Doing:

70% - Sales and Customer Service -

· Manage new leads that come into the system on a day to day basis.

· Providing email and telephone support to client queries.

· Managing and tracking orders from lead until delivered to the customer.

· Working directly with foreign customers and International Distributors (only).



30% - Marketing -

· Responsible to company manager; business decision making and marketing strategies.

· Developing new markets and finding potential customers worldwide.

· Managing and controlling media channels - manage companies that provide outsourcing and social networks for IDM.

Job Requirements:

· English mother tongue level, good communication skills, both via telephone and email

· Experience in International Marketing and Sales

· Prior Experience in Priority and CRM systems

· Fully Experienced in all Office Programs
