What You Will Be Doing:

We're looking for an experienced and talented VIP account manager to Join the amazing VIP team.

• Manage on a daily basis close relationship with our VIP players
• The VIP Account Manager will support our players, engage with them
• Keep track and monitor on the VIP players activity on a daily basis
• Work with all aspects of the game and studio: fully understand economy, product, monetization, features, machines, VIPs etc.
• Build and deliver ongoing content, promotions and activities – where the KPI is to bring players to their next level
• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive players activity growth

Job Requirements:

• Mother tongue in English - must,
• Additional languages French and Spanish - Bonus
• Previous experience within an account management role or similar in Online Casino Industry
• Strong communication skills; ability to connect and reconnect VIP players, build a relationship with a dedicated group of players
• Customer Focused
• Proactively initiate activities to generate value to our players and enlarge their engagement to our games
• Target / KPI’s Driven
• Positive attitude and are excited to learn more
• Deep understanding / interest in Online Gaming Industry
