- Work evening/night shifts (2:30pm - 11:00pm or 6:30pm - 3am)

- Work troubleshoot technical problems and help in resolving
Job Requirements:
- Mother-tongue level English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BONUS: Experience working with a ticketing system
- Comfortable with evening/night shifts (2:30pm - 11:00pm or 6:30pm - 3am)
