What You Will Be Doing:

Providing service (frontal service) to the bank's customers, representing the bank while working closely with its customers, providing solutions to any question and or issue, account management, recruiting and preserving customers, approving allowances, deposits, credit cards, taking care of ongoing reports and finance.

Selling the bank's products – saving deposits, credit cards and checks with accordance to the customer needs.

Activity hours:
Azrieli (Tel-Aviv) – Monday-Thursday 9:00-17:00, Friday 8:00-14:00
Mapo (Tel-Aviv) – Monday-Thursday 8:00-16:00, Friday 8:14:00
Malab (Netanya) – Monday, Wednesday (split hours) – 8:1400, 15:45-19:15, Tuesday –Thursday 8:00-15:00, Friday 8:00-13:30

Salary: 8,000 NIS (Brutto).
Training -
The training course last 7 days between 8:30 to 16:00 at the Bank's college in Rishon-Lezion.
Commitment of 6 months (1,500 NIS fine in case resigning before).
Following a few months of experience in the field, another one month course will be conducted.

Contract -
The contract is a temporary contract for 4 years, afterwards a final decision will be made with accordance to the banks vacancies whereas it'll be decided if the employee will be granted tenure or not.

*There is a promotion possibility, but the process is slow and is synced with the bank's vacancies and demands.

עיקר השירות הוא פרונטלי, לשמש כפנים של הבנק מול הלקוחות של הבנק, מתן מענה ללקוח, ניהול חשבונות, שימור וגיוס של לקוחות, מתן הלוואות, פיקדונות, כרטיסי אשראי טיפול בדוחות שוטפים ובכספים.
מכירה מוצרי הבנק – חסכונות, כרטיסי אשראי וצ'קים ע"פ צרכי הלקוח. (שירות מוכר)

שעות פעילות:
עזריאלי – ב' - ה' 9:00-17:10 ו' 8:00-14:00
מאפו – ב' - ה' 8:00-16:00 ו' 8:00-14:00
מלא"ב נתניה – ב', ד' פיצול 8:00-14:00, 15:45-19:15
ג', ה' 8:00-15:00
ו' 8:00-13:30
שכר:
8,000₪ ברוטו.

קורס:
הקורס של 7 ימים בין השעות 8:30 עד 16:00 במכללת הבנק בראשל"צ.
התחייבות לחצי שנה (1500₪ במידה ומחליטים לעזוב)
לאחר כמה חודשים אחרי התנסות בשטח יוצאים לקורס נוסף של חודש.

חוזה:
החוזה הוא חוזה ארעי ל4 שנים, לאחר מכן יש צומת החלטה בהתאם לתקנים של הבנק שבה מחליטים אם סיום העסקה או קבלת קביעות.

*אפשרויות קידום קיימות, אך התהליך הוא איטי ותואם לתקנים ולדרישות הבנק.
