What You Will Be Doing:

Our client supplies an on-line financial platform for independent traders in several locations and is looking for a Global CFO to be located in Limassol, Cyprus.
- Hands-on CFO.
- Be responsible for preparing the company business plan, financial model,
balance sheet & cash flow statements, vendor payments, tax, budget, audits etc.
- Multi tax jurisdiction operation.
- Prepare and present monthly reports to the board.
- Be responsible for the company products pricing model.
- Work with external service providers for payroll, pensions and annual reports.
- Contract negotiations.
- Manage the operational aspect of a global operation.

Job Requirements:

- Work experience with PSPs and various Banking services.
- Excellent English, worked in a global environment.
- Experience with multi-jurisdictional tax issues.
- Experience in on-line industry Advantage.
- Worked / Lived in the EU.
The position will be based in Cyprus and may require relocating.
