What You Will Be Doing:

888 is offering a regional marketing manager position for Sweden & Denmark based in our Israel office.

The position is responsible for working closely with the various Business Units (product verticals) to create a cohesive, coherent marketing plan.

The position reports into the Regional Marketing Group Manager and works with multiple interfaces including a local Country Manager and the Acquisition and Retention teams for each product vertical.

The right person will be fluent in Swedish, proactive in initiating creative ways to promote all our product verticals in the region and will be able to serve as expert for all day-to-day activities relating to Sweden & Denmark.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Initiate, plan and own holistic ATL & BTL marketing plan for Sweden & Denmark - Consolidate and synch multiple marketing activities into one coherent, cohesive marketing plan
• Consult, advise and provide feedback on all acquisition and CRM plans for each product vertical in the region
• Responsible for injecting local knowledge into Business Units
• Perform regular in-depth Competitive Analysis and share with teams
• Work closely with Country Manager to manage relationships with advertising, media and event agencies in Sweden & Denmark
• Become an expert on gaming for all verticals in Sweden & Denmark
• Be compliance focal point for Sweden & Denmark
• Monitor and track main business KPIs and raise flags when necessary
• Manage local copywriter

• Swedish – mother tongue level - Mandatory
• Talented and passionate ‘Marketeer’
• Creative, proactive, out-of-the-box thinker
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple interfaces
• Collaborative approach – ability to share ideas and consult others to ensure ideas are implemented
• Familiarity with the online gaming industry-an advantage
• Familiarity with the Swedish and Danish gaming market – an advantage
