What You Will Be Doing:

We are looking for an outstanding support representative to join our fast growing team.

This position includes support for an online chat and over the phone, assisting clients worldwide with various processes offered by our website.

As our support representative, you will communicate with a wide variety of customers, offer technical assistance and provide clients with sufficient and adequate information according to their immediate requirements.

Job Requirements:

- English speaking and writing - native level is a must.
- Experience in customer and/or technical support -
strong advantage.
- Familiarity with digital currencies - advantage.
- Outstanding communication skills, patience, ability to
resolve challenging issues and a strong customer
service attitude.
- Quick learner, energetic and highly motivated.
- Additional languages - strong advantage.
