What You Will Be Doing:

You’ll be joining our Customer Support team and fielding email support tickets from users that come in daily.
As the eyes and ears of our users, you will be responsible for sharing any issues or bugs with the rest of the team so that they can be solved quickly.

It's A full-time job (no phone calls ! just emails/chat ) with a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and finally - a very rewarding payment for the chosen candidate!

Job Requirements:

We’re looking for a motivated, experienced, passionate and organized English Speaker to join our Customer Support Team and help us to take it to the next level!

- At least 2 years experience in a customer support position.
- Excellent social skills and strong ability to operate multiple applications and platforms.
- Superb writing and communication skills in English and Hebrew - mandatory.
- Can-do approach, creative and committed to improving and continuously learn.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as Zendesk (an advantage).
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Magento (an advantage).
