A successful Online company in Tel-Aviv is hiring for a Junior COO:
Responsible for planning, organising and implementation of company strategic goals.
Responsible for the day-to day running of the business with a particular emphasis on sales, Marketing,business development and customer support. Making sure that the business continues to grow by way of developing new clients(B2B,B2C) whilst maintaining its existing customer base.
Hiring, training, and preparing Back office and front office teams.
Identifying, developing, and directing the implementation of business strategy.
Hiring, training, and preparing sales, retention, and customer support representatives. Cultivating the company’s reputation in the market and with customers.
Involved in planning & organising the organisation's activities to achieve targets. Reviewing, refining, and developing the strategy and direction of the company. Building client relationships that result in revenue and profitability growth.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role for at least 2 years
Fluent English
Availability for a full time job
High motivation
