What You Will Be Doing:

Ofakim builds and operates the best tools for managing businesses in an environment of varying value rates.
We are working in Israel and around the world and are looking to add an excellent Operations and Logistics manager to us!
As part of the job:
Management of current operations in the Group's activities in Israel and abroad.
Working with new suppliers. Locating / quotation/ pricing / negotiation and closing.
Working with existing suppliers. Activity control / condition improvement / activity value increase.
Project management. Synchronization between internal and external interfaces / Tracking performance / schedule management.
Analyzing internal work processes and formulating operational efficiency proposals.
Preparation of management teams for conferences and trips abroad. Meetings coordination / Schedule planning/ locating opportunities for suppliers and customers.
Work subject to the CEO.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in logistics management / operations management in hi-tech / technology companies - mandatory.
Industrial Engineering and Management - Advantage.
English at a very high level, writing and speaking - mandatory
German at mother tongue level - advantage.
Work experience in Outlook - mandatory
Proven experience in writing and building PPT presentation - mandatory
Work experience at Salesforce - an advantage.
The ability to organize and operate at a very high level.
Ability to work under pressure and multiplicity of tasks.
