התמיכה ניתנת במוצרים של לקוחות החברה בחו"ל, בצרפתית ובאנגלית.
משרה במשמרות, בתל אביב.
Ness is hiring for a French speaking support agent to join its unique support team.
The support is given in French and in English to the company's customers abroad regarding its products.
Working in shifts, in Tel-Aviv.
Job Requirements:
יכולת התנהלות שוטפת בשפה הצרפתית – חובה.
יכולת התנהלות שוטפת בשפה האנגלית – חובה.
ניסיון קודם בתפקיד תמיכה טכנית/שירות – יתרון משמעותי.
Ability to work and operate completely in French - must
Ability to work and operate completely in English- must
Previous experience in a support/service role - a significant advantage
