What You Will Be Doing:

A dynamic online company is looking for an Affiliate Account Manager to join the growing Affiliates team. If you are results-driven and enjoy a fast paced environment, this is an opportunity for you to get to know and grow web traffic for the most well-known brand in the industry.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Recruit and negotiate with new affiliates
• Manage existing accounts with focus on growing, and optimizing them
• Intensive day to day support for affiliates – keeping up an exceptional service level and providing solutions in real time
• Handle operational tasks for affiliates: account creation, account changes, marketing materials (landing pages, banners etc.).
• Maintain and provide e-marketing tools: landing pages, banners, mailers, reviews etc.
• Analyze and optimize performance and recommend/implement improvements to meet targets
• Develop long term business partnerships with strategic affiliates

Job Requirements:

Desired Skills and Experience:
• High-level English – a must
• Practical Internet background – a must
• Complete mastery of Office tools

• Experience as affiliate account manager
• Experience in the online gaming industry – advantage
• Experience with trade shows – advantage

• Analytical, and sales oriented with negotiation skills – a must
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, but also as part of a team
• Detail oriented, organized and creative
• Service and marketing minded and thriving in a client-focused environment
• Accountable
