Ultra is a global leader in digital identity vetting solutions.
Our core technology detects threat signals across the digital sphere, uncovers true identities, and delivers comprehensive real-time insights on any person, company, product, event, or topic that represents a viable risk.
Our company also provides an innovative end-to-end digital vetting solution to automatically detect and interdict fraudulent shipments in order to increase revenue while ensuring national safety and security.
Ultra is looking for a French speaker solution engineer to join our Customer team. As a Solution Engineer you will serve as the technical trusted advisor of our enterprise customers and prospects throughout the POC and drive Ultra’s growth. You will master our ground-breaking product while becoming a source of knowledge and expert in our platform.
In this role, you will be reporting to VP Customers.
Our offices are located in Herzliya.

What will you do?

• Understand the customer's needs and successfully match customer pain points and requirements to proposed solutions that solve the customer's challenges.
• Influence and build rapport with our customers worldwide to become their trusted advisor, deliver and technical focal point throughout their POC’s.
• Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and travel to customers sites as needed.
• Owning relationships with customers from first interaction all the way to a successful partnership
• Working closely with Product, Sales and R&D teams and represent the customer’s voice and needs within Ultra.

Job Requirements:

What are we looking for?

• Languages: French - mother tong, English - high level
• Deep understanding of technology, with the ability to convey technical concepts.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Solution Engineer / Field Engineer / TAM (or similar and relevant technical roles).
• At least 2 years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
• Experience working at or with global tech enterprises.
• Excellent customer facing capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time.
