What will you be doing?
• Provide first level support to the company’s clients by chat, e-mail and phone.
• Receive requests for assistance and support and respond with the utmost professionalism possible according to the company’s guidelines.
• Represent the company and product at the highest possible level and provide a WOW service experience

Job Requirements:

• English is your mother tongue
• You are service oriented

It will also be nice if you:
• Have a basic understanding of the e-commerce markets
• Would like to take on some social media activities
• Have experience working in customer service

Full time position –
Monday through Thursday – 13:00- 21:30 -flexible between office and home
Friday - two hours from home
Sunday – 12:00 – 18:00 - from office
