What You Will Be Doing:

A successful trading platform based in Tel-Aviv is hiring for a product manager!

• Manage projects, including collecting and writing product requirements.
• Partner with Technology, Sales, Research, and Desk teams on product implementation, launch and release.
• Prepare, maintain, and prioritize product backlog
• Management of deliverables and timescales for the individual work streams.
• Feedback of information and comments from clients and partners.
• Manage communication and set expectations.
• Structured reporting and delivery of overall group strategy.
• Ability to work under user defined timelines

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in working in product management in the financial technology industry.
• At least 4 years’ experience as trading systems product manager in the online trading / Forex industry.
• Hands on experience managing full lifecycle of trading systems deployment
• Strong understanding of agile scrum development process
• Proven track record working in an entrepreneurial environment and leading development team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across departments, as well as externally with vendors/clients.

• Languages: Hebrew and English – fluent, Russian - Advantage
• Available to travel frequently abroad.
