Job Description:
• Responsibility for office administration; including but not limited to: calendar management, responsibility for coordinating meetings, payment collection, assigning staff to courses on a weekly basis, office operations.
• Customer service: answering customers both over the phone and in person, providing technical support for the different on-line systems, monitoring customer satisfaction by conducting weekly feedback calls.
• Frontal sales.
• External Relations Management – Maintains ongoing contact with senior representatives of organizations in Israel and overseas as it relates to administrative, marketing and financial matters.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for:
• Experience managing calendars, coordinating meetings and multi-participant scheduling – mandatory.
• High level English and Hebrew proficiency - mandatory
• Experience in service oriented positions (orders, sales) – mandatory
• Ability to deal with a dynamic and multitasking workspace - efficiency and task prioritization.
• Excellent human relations, high service consciousness, patience, reliability and accuracy.
• Experience working with Google Calendar - a significant advantage.
• Experience working with CRM software, Office, Excel, Priority - advantage
• Knowledge in the field of payment collection - an advantage.
