What You Will Be Doing:

Sports Events 365, which operates a multilingual website in 21 languages for sports events and concerts worldwide, is hiring a Spanish speaking person for sales and customer service position.

Responsibilities:
Developing the B2B and B2C ticket’s sales to Spanish speaking territories/clients.
Taking care of contact requests from Spanish speaking leads and clients (websites, chat, Facebook, email, more).
Assisting operational departments in communication with Spanish-speaking customers
Handling contacts with sports clubs and events organizers in Spanish speaking countries.
English-Spanish translation of written material (websites, newsletters, email templates, more).

Job scope – Part time (flexible)
The work can be divided between home and the office according to work needs.

Job Requirements:

- Spanish (speaking, reading and writing) native.
- Hebrew or English – high level.
- Other languages in high level – an advantage
- Sales experience
- Customer service experience – an advantage
- Service-oriented, pleasant, and verbal.
- Experience with a computer-based environment
- Familiarity with European Football – an advantage.
