What You Will Be Doing:

Ness Technologies is looking for a technical support team leader to join our 24/7 team providing support to customers of an amazing global high-tech company located in Tel Aviv.
We are looking for a full-time job candidate.

The team works with customers from different countries around the world, provides support for technical hardware/software issues related to communication, network, servers, databases etc.

Job Requirements:

Native / Fluent English is a mandatory.
Network / communication experience in a global technical Support Center / Help Desk company.
Willingness to work on a 24/7 shifts - Morning, Evening, Night, Weekends, holidays.
CCNA / MSCA Certification – an advantage.
SQL experience- an advantage.
