What You Will Be Doing:

Our swamp is growing and we’re looking for someone who can leap forward into our front desk admin position. You will be assisting with ongoing administration tasks including seating at the front desk, providing support to employees, suppliers, customers and partners.

If you're passionate, highly energized and have a "can do" approach we'd love to have you as part of our Admin team!

Scope of work:
* Full time (9am-6pm)
* Working hours may shift from time to time according to business needs
* Reporting to the Office Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to company employees within the following fields:
1) Maintain company’s front desk.
2) 1st line phone representative.
3) Office supplies management.
4) Coordination of visitors’ logistics.
5) Provide mail services, as well as other office services as will be required.
6) Open purchase requisitions and orders into NetSuite purchase system on a global scale for both Israel, US and other sites as will be requires.

Job Requirements:

1) Highly organized, detailed oriented!
2) Team player with great interpersonal & communication skills.
3) Willingness to learn new systems and use automation to improve effectiveness.
4) Knowledge of MS-Office.
5) Fluent Hebrew and English – both speaking and writing.
6) Dynamic and proactive.
7) Relevant academic degree/studies will be an advantage.
8) Previous experience with NetSuite system will be an advantage.
